Trash Songs este un eveniment muzical și performativ. În cele trei ediții între 2017 și 2019 echipa artistică a transformat gunoaiele culese din râul Someș în instalații vizuale și instrumente muzicale, iar lucrurile noastre nefolosite în obiecte utile. Iar experiența colectării deșeurilor, amintirile, fricile și speranțele legate de râu și contemplările în jurul reciclării au căpătat diferite forme muzicale.

În această ediție inedită din 2020, echipa Trash Songs revizitează cântecele compuse în cadrul edițiilor anterioare și le oferă spectatorilor în forma unui concert și a unor secvențe video despre Someș și oraș. Vă invităm la o plimbare virtuală pe malurile râului în timp ce ascultați cântecele noastre, cu gândul că această călătorie muzicală și virtuală vă va inspira să vizitați și voi locațiile mai puțin frecventate ale Someșului.

Concertul live cu plimbarea virtuală se poate urmări pe www.somesdelivery.ro și pe pagina Facebook a evenimentului.

Această celebrare a gunoaielor dimprejurul nostru și din noi înșine, se va desfășura în trei limbi: engleză, maghiară și română, iar traducerea pieselor va fi publicată pe www.universalpleasurefactory.com înainte de eveniment.

Trash Songs is a musical and performative event. In its three editions between 2017 and 2019 the artistic team transformed the trash collected from the river Someș into visual installations and music instruments, and our own discarded items into useful upcycled objects. At the same time, the experience of collecting trash, our memories, fears and hopes related to the river and our contemplations regarding recycling were translated into different musical forms.

In this special 2020 edition, the Trash Songs collective revisits the songs composed during past editions and offers them as a concert and video about the river and the city in which we live. We kindly invite you to take a virtual walk on the riverside while listening to our songs, hoping that our virtual and musical journey will inspire you to seek out the lesser known parts of the river

This celebration of all the trash around us and inside of us will be presented in three languages: English, Hungarian and Romanian. The translation of the songs will be published on www.universalpleasurefactory.com before the event.

A Trash Songs performatív, zenés esemény. A 2017 és 2019 között létrehozott három kiadás során a Szamosból kihalászott szemétből kiállítás lett vagy hangszerré alakult, az otthonról hozott kidobandó dolgokból pedig hasznos tárgyak készültek. A szemétgyűjtés során szerzett tapasztalataink, a folyó keltette emlékek, félelmek és remények, illetve az újrahasznosítással kapcsolatos gondolataink pedig különböző zenei formákat öltöttek.

Az idei különleges kiadás alkalmából a Trash Songs csapata visszatér a korábban írt dalokhoz, és azokat koncert formájában kínálja fel az érdeklődőknek. Miközben dalainkat hallgatod, virtuális folyóparti sétára hívunk, bízva abban, hogy zenei sétánk hatására a folyópart eldugottabb részeire is ellátogatsz majd.
